By placing a deposit or purchasing a goat from us, you indicate the acceptance of this policy.
*If you would like to be on our waiting list for a kid, please contact us through our contact page so we have your information on file. Preference will be given to homes that plan to show, milk test or classify. Buyers who are purchasing a buckling from us will be given first choice over available doelings. If you are on our waiting list and we do not hear back from you within 48 hrs after letting you know whos available, your spot in line will be lost as we will move on down the list.
*Once kids are born and we are in agreement with the sale, a 50% deposit is required to ensure your commitment. All deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due before the animal leaves the property.
*As the breeder, we reserve the right to refuse the sale of an adult or kid to anyone, for any reason, at any point in the transaction, in which case your deposit will be refunded.
*If kids have not been picked up 15 days after they are ready to go, a fee of $2 a day will be charged for boarding. After 30 days, the sale and deposit will be forfeited unless other arrangements have been made and mutually agreed upon. Bucklings must be picked up once they reached 8 weeks of age,no exceptions.
*We are not responsible for the transportation of the goat, so please bring your own crate with clean, dry bedding when you come up pick up your animal.
*If a goat is to be shipped, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including flight and shipping crate. We can ship by Westjet out of Kelowna International Airport. The buyer is also responsible for booking the flight at a mutually agreed upon date and time.
*Delivery is available to Vernon or Kelowna for a small fee to cover gas. We do currently make weekly trips to both Vernon and Kelowna so if we happen to already be coming to town, there will be no fee.
*Our goats are guaranteed healthy when they leave our farm but because we can not control the stress of shipping and the animal's management or environment after it leaves our care, we can not offer further health guarantees.
* For bio-security reasons, we can not have goats return to our farm once they have left the property.
*We do our best with disbudding kids but we cannot guarantee that they will not develop scurs.
*We do not offer a height guarantee.
